Enjoy the breathtaking views from a 40 sq m infinity heated pool, where the pool really meets the sea. You can choose to relax and swim in the infinity pool, or immerse yourself in the Adriatic just a few steps below.
Whether you prefer the serenity of the pool or the refreshing embrace of the sea, both are moments away — with sun beds, shade under the pines and the whole bay in front of you.

The untouched beauty of Mediterranean simplicity offers a variety of garden spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Nestled among the trees, the barbeque area is beautifully connected to the pool area, where the swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers — perfect for long, leisurely days in the sun.
For moments of complete tranquility, a dedicated relaxation area awaits beneath the pine trees, with hammocks inviting you to simply lie back, read a book, or soak in the natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere that surrounds you.

There is also a dedicated games room with an arcade machine, chess, darts and board games — the perfect space for some friendly competition and relaxed entertainment. See moreWe were a party of 3 mature but young at heart couples who spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. Being familiar with the area from sailing around the Croatian islands we wanted somewhere to relax for a week with some non-sailing friends away from the crowds of Hvar Town. The interior of the villa exceeded our expectations and the well equipped barbecue meant we could have been completely self contained in the villa to enjoy the sea, swimming and views once we had done a big shop.

See moreThis villa is in a superb position in Basina Bay so close to the clear waters of the Adriatic. The immaculate villa is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The views from every room are breath-taking as is the view from the infinity pool.

See moreA group of 8 stayed here for a week in June and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is gorgeous, with great views and loads of places to chill. A car is definitely recommended to get to nearby towns and supermarket, but taxis are able to come and pick you up to go to local restaurants.
