Enjoy the breathtaking views from a 40 sq m infinity heated pool, where the pool really meets the sea. You can choose to relax and swim in the infinity pool, or immerse yourself in the Adriatic just a few steps below.
Whether you prefer the serenity of the pool or the refreshing embrace of the sea, both are moments away — with sun beds, shade under the pines and the whole bay in front of you.

The untouched beauty of Mediterranean simplicity offers a variety of garden spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Nestled among the trees, the barbeque area is beautifully connected to the pool area, where the swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers — perfect for long, leisurely days in the sun.
For moments of complete tranquility, a dedicated relaxation area awaits beneath the pine trees, with hammocks inviting you to simply lie back, read a book, or soak in the natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere that surrounds you.

For those who like to stay active, the villa features a private gym equipped with a Hammer Strength machine. There is also a dedicated games room with an arcade machine, chess, darts and board games — the perfect space for some friendly competition and relaxed entertainment. Both spaces enjoy beautiful sea views and a sense of complete privacy.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Aqua in August this year. The property is even nicer than the picture would let you assume. The house is located at the end of a peninsula, with a large garden and directly connected to the stoned shore.

Er ist immer erreichbar, fragt unaufdringlich nach, ob alles okay ist oder etwas fehlt und hat für alles schnelle und gute Lösungen.
