Through the contact or reservation form we may collect the data you provide yourself, such as your name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, preferred dates of stay, number of guests and the content of your message or other information needed to process your inquiry and reservation.

We only collect data that is necessary to communicate with you and organise your stay.

3Purpose of processing

We use your personal data solely to answer inquiries, check availability, arrange and confirm reservations, communicate before and during your stay, and to meet legal obligations related to providing accommodation services.

Data submitted through the form is not used to send newsletters, promotional messages or any other marketing content.

4Legal basis for processing

Personal data needed for an inquiry or reservation is processed in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and to perform the accommodation service contract.

Where certain data must be processed to fulfil the legal obligations of the host, processing is carried out on the basis of that legal obligation.

Data from inquiries that do not result in a reservation is kept only as long as necessary to process and conclude the communication, and for no longer than 12 months, unless there is a justified reason for longer retention.

Data related to completed reservations and services provided may be kept longer where necessary to meet legal, accounting, tax or other obligations.

After the required period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, nor do we use it for purposes unrelated to your inquiry or reservation.
